Petition #3465, filed by John Weckel, requesting
rezoning of Lot 14, Block 3, Mayfair Addition,
City of Salina, Kansas, from District "A" to
District "DD".
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On February 4, 1975, the Salina City Planning Commission
held a public hearing on Petition #3465.
By a vote of six (6) in favor and one (1) opposed, it
was recommended that the petition be disapproved as it is
in conflict with the Land Use Plan and would create further
strip.zoning along Ohio.
