RELEASE OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
WHEREAS, FAMDOC, INC., a Kansas corporation ('FAMDOC") is the title owner of
the following-described property in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas ('City' ):
Lot Six (6), less the South Nineteen feet (19') thereof, Block Five (5), Northeast
Industrial Park; Blocks Four (4) — Six (6), a Replat of Walkers Addition, Lill's
Addition and Surveyor's Plat G, Lots Four (4). Five (5) & Nine (9) — Twenty
(20), Salina, Saline County, Kansas ("Property').
WHEREAS, the Property is subject to restrictions and covenants pursuant to the Urban
Renewal Plan for the Northeast Industrial Park Urban Renewal Project, a/k/a Northeast Industrial
Park Renewal Project ("Urban Renewal Project'), Salina, Kansas, Project No. R-29, dated April,
1968, recorded in Misc. Book 102, at pages 427-4561-amended by Resolution No. 3297 of the
City dated November 8, 1976, recorded in Misc. Book 115, at pages 95-1314:as further affected
by Resolution No. 139 of the City filed for record August 9, 1977, and recorded in Misc. Book
116, at page 228;tas further affected by Resolution No. 3313 dated March 21, 1977, recorded in
Misc. Book 116, at pages 231-3334_
WHEREAS, the Property is subject to restrictions contained in the Special Warranty
Deed from Urban Renewal Agency of Salina to FAMDOC, dated July 2, 1975, recorded in Deed
Book 309, at pages 448-452,tand restrictions contained in the Contract for Sale of Land for
Private Development by and between the Urban Renewal Agency of Salina, Kansas, and
FAMDOC, recorded in Misc. Book 111, at pages 746-784,twhich restrictions have been
amended and extended by the Extension of Covenants by and between the City, successor of the
Salina Urban Renewal Agency, and FAMDOC, dated December 30, 1986, recorded in Misc.
Book 138, at pages 729-734all of which were established under the Urban Renewal Project.
WHEREAS. the Property is subject to restrictions contained in the Development Plan
filed by FAMDOC, which was approved by the City on October 1, 1979, as part of the Urban
Renewal Project.
WHEREAS. FAMDOC desires to have said restrictions and covenants released.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY OF SALINA. KANSAS, successor to the Salina Urban
Renewal Agency, hereby forever releases and relinquishes all those covenants and restrictions on

the Property created and established under the Urban Renewal Project and stated in the above-
mentioned instruments.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Release of Covenants and Restrictions is executed on this
28th day of April, 2014.
