Petition No. 3431 filed by A. B. Seelye Co., Inc. requesting
the installation of 8" asphalt pavement from the east line of
Fairdale Road'on Northwood to the south line of Glen Avenue;
water and sanitary sewer service to serve Lot 1, Block 18, Lots
19-29 inclusive, Block 19 and Lot 1, Block 19 and Lot 6, Block
17 and Lots 6-20 inclusive, Block 16, all in Georgetown Addition
is valid. The above petition is valid as 97% of the property
in the benefit district is owned by the petitioner.
Petition No. 3432 filed by A. B. Seelye Co., Inc. requesting
the installation of 8" asphalt pavement from the south line of
Brookwood Lane on Fairdale Road %o th.e south line of Applewood
Lane and also from the south line of Brookwood Lane on Beechwood
Road to the south line of Applewood Lane, and 8" asphalt from
the east line of Fairdale Road on Applewood Lane to the west end
of the Applewood Lane Cul-de-sac, and sewer to serve Lots 12-22,
Block 1, and water to serve Lots 7-12, Block 3, lots 7-17 inclusive
Block 1 all in Georgetown Addition is valid. Tile above petition
is valid as 100% of the property in the benefit district is owned
by the petitioner.
Petition No. 3433 filed by A. B. se.e!ye co., Inc. requesting
the construction of a storm sewer drainage swale from the east line
of Fairdale Road through Lot 1, Block 14., Riker Manor Addition and
through Blocks 17 and 16 to the north line of Glen Avenue is valid
as the property in the benefit district is owned 100% by the
petitioner.
We will proceed with preliminary en§ineering reports to check
the feasibility of projects on the above three petitions.
Petition No's. 3431, 3432 and 3433 are on undeveloped land
which requires them to be financed under Resolution No. 3113.
