ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Requiring the obtaining of a permit for the erection of a canopy over any street or sidewalk and establishing the fee therefor; amending Section 9-40 of the Salina Code and repealing the existing section. ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Establishing the fee for a permit to erect a sign; amending Section 9-67 of the Salina Code and repealing the existing section. ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Establishing the electrical permit fees; amending Section 9-163 of the Salina Code and repealing the existing section. ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Establishing the tap fee for water service, amending Section 35-20 (2) of the Salina Code and repealing the existing section. 13. ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Allowing clinics, medical and dental offices to be in District "C" (Apartment House District); amending Sections 9 and 10 of Ordinance Number 6613 and repealing the existing sections.
