CHARTER ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - exempting the City of Salina, Kansas, from the provisions of K.S.A. 1973 Supp. 16-707, which provides f~r the licensing of pawnbrokers and providing substitute and additional provisions on the same subject. 8e ORDINANCE '1st Reading - prescribing the corporate limits of the City of Salina,' Kansas, including land described in Ordinance Numbers 8336, 8340, 8372, and repealing Ordinance Number 8324.
