CHARTER ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - exempting the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the provisions of K.S.A.41-1702, which provides it to be unlawful to
sell cereal malt beverages at retail without first securing a license
therefor an~l establishing the procedure and license fees therefor; and
providing substitute and additional provisions on the same subject.
CHARTER ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - exempting the City of Salina, Kansas, from
the provisions of K.S.A. 1973 Supp. 16-707, which provides f~r the
licensing of pawnbrokers and providing substitute and additional
provisions on the same subject.

Salina,' Kansas, including land described in Ordinance Numbers
8336, 8340, 8372, and repealing Ordinance Number 8324.
