Petition %3451 and #3452 by Mr. Allan J. Hocking for the
annexation and rezoning of property in the SW 1/4 of
15-14-3 from District "A" to District "EE".
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
The Salina City Planning Commission met on November 5, 1974, to
reconsider their recommendation'concerning the above petitions.
At that time by a unanimous vote of those members present it
was recommended that Petition #3451 for annexation be approved.
It was also recommended by a vote of four (4) in favor to two (2)
opposed to approve Petition %3452 for rezoning to District "EE"
(Local Service District), subject to platting.
The property affected by these two petitions is more particularly
described as follows:
The South Fourteen (14i acres of the East Half (E 1/2)
of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Fifteen (15),
Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the~
6th P.M. in Saline County, Kansas, lying West of the
Right-of-way of 1-35W.
