Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
Enclosed please find the final plat of Maloney Addition as
requested in Petition #3450.
The Salina City Planning Commission reviewed this plat and
.on November 5, 1974 found it to be in compliance with the
Subdivision Regulations of the City of Salina. By a
unanimous vote of those members present it was approved and
is being transmitted to you for your review and final action
on it.
I would call to your attention also, that approval of this plat
was the only prerequisite to zoning of this same property as
requested in Petition #3449.
