Petition No. 3448 - filed by L. F. Eaton requesting
the vacation of the utility easement between Lots
13 and 14, Block 3, Westport Exchange Addition.
Lots 13 and 14 of the above described property are served
with utilities from the street right-of-way. All lots in Block
3 are accessible by an easement at the rear of the lots. The
utility companies have no objection to the vacation of this
easement.
Based on the above conditions, we would recommend the
easement between Lots 13 and 14, Block 3, Westport Exchange
Addition be vacated.
