Re: Petition #3428, filed by Ben J. Frick for the rezoning
of Lot 5, Block 1, Hazelwood Addition, from District
"DD" to District "D".
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On August 20, 1974 the Salina City Planning Commission met
to reconsider their original recommendation to you on
Petition #3428 and heard new information from the petitioner.
By a unanimous vote of those members present, a motion was
approved recommending denial of Petition #3428 as it is in
conflict with the existing and proposed Land Use Plans and
it is not compatible with the development trend in the area.
