A resolution appointing members to the Business Improvement District No. 1 Design Review Board,
Planning Commission, and Tree Advisory Board
BACKGROUND:
Resolution Number 12-6875 adopts the citizens' boards and commission policy. Section 2 instructs
that members will be appointed by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for
final approval.

RESOLUTION NUMBER 14-7064
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD, PLANNING COMMISSION, AND TREE
ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS, Section 2(c)of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for Citizen Board member appointments
to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and Committees; SO
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, is hereby appointed to the
desienated Board for the term indicated:
Business Improvement District No. 1 Design Review Board
Bob Hamman appointed to fill the unexpired term of Christy Lauer.
Planning Commission
Kirk Cusick appointed as an outside representative until 8/31/2016.
Tree Advisory Board
Jeremiah Cole appointed to fill the unexpired term of Gerrett Morris.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
