for their 30th Anniversary Reunion.
STAFF AGENDA
1. PUBLIC HEARING on the 1975 Proposed Budget.
2. ORDINANCE 2nd Reading - Ratifying and confirming a contract with
Smoky Hill, Inc., for the construction of certain improvements
in the City of Salina, Kansas, and providing for the issuance
of temporary notes to pay the cost thereof, pending the issuance
and sale of bonds. (Engineering Project 74-571 - improvements
in Key Acres Addition # 2 and Upper Mi'l.I Heights Addition # 2)
3. ORDINANCE 1st Reading - providing for the construction of certain
sidewalks, for the payment of the cost thereof, and how the
same shall be assessed and the manner of the payment therefor.

sewer and street pavement in Country Club Estates Addition # 2.

REPORT by the City Engineer on Petition Number 3434 which was
filed by W. E. Enlow for the APCO Oil Corporation requesting
.the construction of a sanitary sewer line to serve their
property at 1900 South Ninth Street.
