(7.2) Second reading Ordinance No. 13-10724 levying Salina Business Improvement
District No. 1 service fees for 2014.
(7.3) Award of contract for the replacement of chilled water piping at the Police
Department Administrative building, Project No. 13-3002.

(8.1) Resolution No. 13-7055 regarding the City of Salina's Development Policy for the
