RE: Petition #3430 by Mr. Gene Addison
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On July 2, 1974, the Salina City Planning Commission
held a public hearing on Petition #3430 for the rezoning
of Lots 46 - 51 inclusive, Block 6 and Lots 12, 13, 14,
16,' 17, 18, ~and 19, Block 5, Edgemere Addition from
District "A" (Second Dwelling House District) to District "D"
(Local Business District).
By a unanimous vote of those present, it was recommended
· that Petition #3430 be denied as it is in conflict with
both the existing and proposed Land Use Plans and it is
not,consistent in maintaining the residential integrity
of the neighborhood.
