RE: Petition #3419 by Francis J. Gorrell.
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On June 4, 1974 the Salina City Planning Commission met
to consider petition #3419 for the rezoning of Lots
4, 5, and 6, Block 16, Pacific Addition from District "B"
(Two Family Dwelling House District) to District "E"
(General Business District).
By a unanimous vote of those present it is recommended
that Petition #3419 be denied due to a lack of parking
and adequate setback requirements in the "E" zone.
