RE: Petition #3413 by Mrs. Roberba S. Kaufman
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
The Salina City Planning Commission has met to consider
Petition #34-13 and on May 21, 1974 voted unanimously to
approve the following recommendation:
Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 1, Lots 20 and 21,
Block 5, and Lots 52 and 53, Block 6, Edgemere
Addition, be rezoned to District "D" (Local
Business District) and Lots 1 through 9,
Block 1, Edgemere Addition, be rezoned to
District "DD" (Office District).
The amendment is recommended due to the proximity of the
request area to an existing church and city park.
Your favorable consideration of this recommendation
will be appreciated.
