Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
The Salina City Planning Commission on May 21, 1974
reviewed the Final Development Plan for the Lee Hardware
Company's proposed new warehouse facility at the northeast
corner of Centennial Road and West Magnolia Road, as is
required under the provisions of Salina's Planned
Industrial Park ordinance.
At that time the Planning Commission unanimously approved
the plan subject to two revisions concerning the floor
elevation and parking.
Since the two corrections have been made, I am transmitting
the approved Final Development Plan for your approval.
