Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On May 7, 1974, the Salina City Planning Commission
considered Petition #3411 for the rezoning of Lots 5,
6, 7, 8, Block 20, Key Acres Addition from District "A"
to District "B".
By a unanimous vote of those memebers present the
Commission recommends denial of this petition on the
basis that the proposed duplex zon~ will establish a
precedent for future development in the area.
