Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On April 2,' 1974, the Salina Metropolitan Planning Commission
considered Petition #3403 for the rezoning of the South 1/2
of Lot 3 a~d the North 1/2 of Lot 5, Block 7, South Park
Addition (613 Montrose) from District "A". to District "D".
By a unanimous vote, it was recommended that Petition #3403 be
denied as the request would constitute spot zoning in a
definitely defined residential area.
