RE: Petition #3400 by Mr. B. R. 'Becker
Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On April 2, 1974 the Salina Metropolitan Planning Commission
considered Petition #3400 for the rezoning of Lot 6, Block 1,
Woodland Addition (835 N. 4th) from District "B" to District "FF".
By a unanimous vote it was recommended that Petition #3400 be
denied as it would be in conflict with the existing and proposed
Land Use Plans. In addition, minimum lot size requirements
in "FF" are larger than the amount of land available in the
request.
