Subject: Monday, April 8, 1974 Commission Meeting
Yesterday, Larry received a letter from Charles Shafer
along with another "proposed settlement from Local 782"
It contains virtually the same conditions as submitted
to you in January, 1973, along with the allowance of
"7 days for a response". Jim Mize and Larry will be
here to discuss the subject at 3:00 Monday.
Margaret advises that all is set for the 7:00 p.m.
meeting Monday evening with the county. Woody and Erv
Hindman have been visiting about the booking arrange-
ment and administrative costs. Am sure that some
conclusions will be ready by Monday evening. Am
suggesting that Woody and Hindman also attend the
meeting.
