requesting curb, gutter, and paving on Planet
Avenue from Otto Avenue 300 feet south.
The above petition is valid as Max McClintock Realty
owns all the property involved with special assessments.
This office has completed a feasibility study of these
improvements which is satisfactory to the petitioner and
would request authorization to proceed with final plans
and specifications.
These propose~ improvements are on developed land,
therefore this petition will not come under Resolution
No. 3113.
