amending Section 21-29 of the SM:ina Code and repealing the
existing section.

and acquire the real estate hereinafter described and to construct
thereon certain build-ings and improvements and to purchase machinery
and equipment, all to be used for industrial and manufacturing
facilities, and to be leased to the Lee Company; authorizing and
directing the issuance of $800,000 principal amount of Sal~na,
Kansas, The Lee Company Industrial Revenue Bonds of 1974, of sa~d
C~ty for the purpose of providing funds for the purchase of the
real estate and the construction off buildings and improvements thereon
and to purchase machinery and equipment to be used for industrial and
manuffacturing facilities 1o be leased to the Lee Company; and
prescribing the form and authorizing the execution of a lease by
and between said City and The Lee Company.
