Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
On December 18, 1973, the Salina Metropolitan Planning Commission
met to consider Petition #3377 filed by Mr. Bill Chaffee requesting
rezoning of a tract of land in the Southeast Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of
the Northeast Quarter (N.E. 1/4) of Section Two (2), Township
Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) Wes~ of the Sixth Principal
Meridian in the City of Salina, Kansas, from District "A" (Second
Dwelling House District) to District "D" (Local Business District).
By a unanimous vote of all those members present, it was recommended
that Petition #3377 be approved, subject to platting.
