Gentlemen and Mrs. Cooper:
After conducting a public hearing on'December 18, 1973 on Petition #3369
requesting rezoning of a tract of land in the South Half (S 1/2) of the
Southeast Quarter (S.E. 1/4) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township
Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the~Sixth Principal
Meridian in the City of Salina, Kansas from District "A" (Second
Dwelling House District) to District "D" (Local Business District),
the-Salina Metropolitan Planning Commission voted to recommend
that the petition be approved, subject to platting.
