The name of Mortgagee is: The Bank of Tescott 2. The name of Mortgagor is: T & J Enterprises, LLC 3. The date of the Mortgage is: October 1, 2013 4. The Mortgage was recorded: October 1, 2013 at Page 1803 of Book 1272 5. That portion of the real estate subject to the Mortgage affected by the Permanent Sidewalk Easement is legally described on the attached and incorporated Exhibit A. 6. The Mortgagee hereby consents to the grant of said Permanent Sidewalk Easement and subordinates the lien of its Mortgage in favor of the City of Salina, Kansas insofar as it pertains to the real estate affected by the Permanent Sidewalk Easement.
