pieces and parcels of ground in the City of Salina, KanFas,
for the purpose of paying a portion of the cost of the
installation of sanitary sewer facilities to serve Lots
2, 3, 4, and 5, Brown and Brown Addition, and sanitary
sewer facilities to serve a tract of land in the SE¼ NE¼
