TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS
COMMISSIONERS:
We, the undersigned, residents and property owners in the City of Salina, Kansas,
do hereby petition your honorable body
to vacate the East Ten (10) foot easement of the East Sixty Feet of Lot Two,
Block Two, Southern View Addition. Request easement be vacated in order to
construct a garage. Will g~ant phone company access to buried cable located
two feet from property line.
