ECRA Concessions First Amendment FIRST AMENDMENT TO
EAST CRAWFORD RECREATION AREA
CONCESSIONS AGREEMENT
This First Amendment to Concessions Agreement ("Amendment") is made and entered
into this 2 44lay of October, 2013, by the City of Salina, Kansas ("City") and Ray Rays LLC, a
Kansas limited liability company("Ray Rays").
Recitals
A. The City and Ray Rays are parties to a Concessions Agreement dated July 1,
2011 ("Agreement"), under which Ray Rays agreed to provide food and beverage concession
services at the City's East Crawford Recreation Area (the"Complex").
B. The parties desire to make certain modifications to the Agreement affecting the
compensation payable to the City.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual and reciprocal promises and
agreements set forth herein, the parties agree as follows:
Section I - Amendment of Section 2. Section 2 of the Agreement is amended to read as
follows:
2. Compensation. Ray Rays shall pay to the City for the right to sell
concessions at the Complex the sum of $500 per year, payable in equal
installments of$250 each on July 1 and August 1 of each year during which this
Agreement remains in effect.
Section 2 - No Other Changes. Except as otherwise stated in this Amendment, the
Agreement, as amended herein, shall continue in full force and effect, and the Agreement is
hereby ratified and confirmed.
