This property is a long, narrow tract located between the large storage tanks east of Centennial and the Railroad Track. The original drainage channel entered the south end of the property at the approximate midpoint of the south property line, and then wandered somewhat east as it went north to Magnolia Road. It effectively reduced the usable space to 2/3 of the total available. In order to rectify this situation, Smoky Hill constructed a new drainage channel along the east property line and lined it with concrete riprap. The old drainage channel was filled in with dirt from the new channel. The result is that all the useable property is now on the same side of the drainage channel. The purpose of this Request to Vacate is to reflect the relocation of the drainage channel, and make the previously unusable land available for appropriate uses. S/ I fI BY: car Richard E.
