Special Warenty Deed THIS CONVEYANCE IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELEASING SECURITY FOR A DEBT OR OTHER OBLIGATION AND IS EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF A SALES VALIDATION QUESTIONNAIRE PURSUANT TO K.S.A. 79-1437c(2).
