1972 FundingCONTRACT
Whereas, the Salina Municipal Band has submitted its budget in writing
setting up the performances and incidentals and requirements thereto to be
given by the said Band in 1972, and,
Whereas, the City of Salina has approved and accepted in writing this
said budget,
Novi, therefore, for the specific purposes of getting it all into one
formal contract, the said Salina Municipal Band, hereinafter called Band, and
the said City of Salina, hereinafter called City, enter. into the following
agreements and contract:
The said Band, in consideration of the agreements of the City hereinafter
set out, covenants and agrees to perform according to the terms of their sub-
mitted current year budget;,
The said City, in consideration of the agreement of the Band heretofore
set out, covenants and agrees to pay the sum of $10,000.00 to the said Band
in accordance with the performances and incidentals and requirements as sub-
mitted in the budget as approved.
