Re: 1970 band season
Dear Sirs.
The enclosed membership list is our basic band we hope to commence next .
summer; propose start early rehearsals in middle of May; propose first concert
on Tuesday, June 16, 1970 Q have requested a.Music Performance Trust Fund grant,
copy enclosed); and propose the summer concert season to end with the Tri- Rivers
Fair week activities.
In line with building an increasingly versatile band a letter similar to
enclosed is proposed sent to all bend members at the beginning of the season.
Also in line with building an increasingly versatile band, to ask and
expect the members to do the workp to be enabled to do the work, cooling in
the band room is FIRST on the list. Then I have a lead on what I hope will be
economical way to cut down on the volume of sound in the band room.
