The meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority was called to order at 4:00 p.m.
by Commissioner Eric Householter. The following were present:

Item I- Roll Call: Commissioner Householter called roll. All commissioners were present.
Item 2- Approval of Agenda: Ms. Gawith made the motion for approval of the agenda. Ms. Linderman
seconded the motion. All voted in favor of the agenda.
Item 3- Executive Session for Personnel: A motion was made by Ms. Gawith to go into Executive
Session for 60 minutes at 4 :05 PM. Ms. Linderman seconded the motion. All voted in favor of the
motion. Ms. Linderman voted to come out of the Executive Session at 4:40 PM. Ms. Gawith seconded
the motion. All voted in favor.
Item 11- A4iournment Action Requested: Ms. Gawith made the motion to adjourn. Ms. Linderman
seconded the motion. All voted in favor. The board meeting adjourned at 4 :42 PM.
Next meeting will be Tuesday July 24, 2012 at 4:00 PM at the Salina
Housing Authority office.
