A break in restricted access along the Magnolia West of the newly constructed Virginia Dr. The access
Is requested to facility traffic flow through the site for proposed new regional office of American AgCredit.
Two breaks in access are requested at this time to address access to both the 4 acre parcel of Premier
Property but also the balance of the developable land to the West. See attached drawings.
