The meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority was called to order at 7:20 PM by
Commission Chair Kristin Gunn. The following were present:

Natasha Gawith
Kristin Gunn
Eric Householter
Patricia Linderman
Item 1- Roll Call: Chair Kristin Gunn called roll. All commissioners were present.
Item 2- Executive Session for Personnel: Mr. Householter made a motion to go into Executive Session for one
hour at 7:20 PM. Ms. Gawith seconded the motion. All voted in favor of the motion.
Mr. Householter made a motion to go back into Executive Session for one half hour at 8:20 PM. Ms. Linderman
seconded the motion. All voted in favor of the motion.
Item 3- Adiournment Action Requested: Mr. Householter made the motion to adjourn. Ms. Linderman
seconded the motion. All voted in favor. The board meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM.
Next meeting will be Tuesday February 26, 2013 at 4:30 PM at the Salina Housing Authority office.
