A resolution appointing Michael Hoppock to the Salina Airport Authority Board.
BACKGROUND:
Resolution Number 12-6875 adopts the citizens’ boards and commission policy. Section 2 instructs
that members will be appointed by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for
final approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 13-6983.
RESOLUTION NUMBER 13-6983
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MICHAEL HOPPOCK TO THE SALINA AIRPORT
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Resolution Number 12-6875 calls for Citizen Board member appointments to
be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for final approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and Committees; SO
NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, is hereby appointed to the
designated Board for the term indicated:
Salina Airport Authority
Michael Hoppock appointed to a term to succeed Jeff Thompson until 2/28/2016
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
