Enclosed please find a drawing showing the proposal
submitted by the First National Bank and Trust Company
of Salina for the redevelopment of land in our Central
City Project. The Urban Renewal Commission approved
the plan at its meeting on May 15, 1973. Urban Renewal
regulations require approval of redevelopment plans by
the Planning Commission and by the City Commission.
