i,'i'HE~;~ Governor ~tobert Docking has proclaimed the week of
A.-~ril 22 through April 28 as "Clean-Up Week" in Kansas;
and
i'I'H~i~,AS, "Clean-Up Campaigns" are a good spring tonic for fire
safety in every community, plant and institution; and
This week offers each and every citizen the challenge
of shOuldering his own fire safety responsibilities to
insure against the needless loss of lives and property;
and
"Clean Up Rubbish for Fire Safety" is the slogan on the
two color posters being used all over the state to
promote this week:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jack Weisgerber, Mayor of the City of Salina,
Kansas, Proclaim the week of April 22 through 28, 1973
as "CLE~'~-UP ~EK" in the city of Salina, Kansas and
urge the cooperation of the citizens of Salina during this
observan6e.
