Second reading Ordinance Number 03-10159 levying special assessments against certain lots and
pieces of property to pay the cost of abatement of nuisances.
BACKGROUND:
This ordinance was passed on first reading August 18, 2003 and no comments have been received.
Since the first reading, Tract #03762 has been removed due to payment received on the City Clerk's
office from the property owner.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Ordinance Number 03-10159 on second reading.
