Jaycee WeekPROCLAMATION
WHEREAS, the civic bodies and service organizations of our community
and the departments of the local government recognize the great service
rendered to this community by the Salina Jaycees and
WHEREAS, the United States Jaycees and its affiliated state and local
organizations have set aside the week of January 15 - 21, 1973, to
observe the founding of the Jaycees and
WHEREAS, this organization of young men has contributed materially
to the betterment of this community throughout the year,
THEREFORE, I ~ack Weisgerber, Mayor of the City of Salina, do hereby
proclaim the week of January 15 - 21, 1973, as Jaycee Week and urge
all citizens of our community to give full regard to the past services
of the Salina Jaycees,
