the City of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition your honorable body for:
Closure and vacation of Cypress Drive from Willow Drive to Commanche Drive in the Replat of Edgemere Addition to allow
the lots along the south side of Crawford to be deepened. As part of the vacation, 60 ft. of right-of-way would be dedicated
to allow Birch Drive to be extended north to Crawford Street.
