Baird, a resident and property owner in the City of Salina, Kansas, do hereby petition the governing body to: Vacate the portion of right-of-way held by the City of Salina, Kansas, legally described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B immediately adjacent to Joe's Auto Mart, a used-car sales business in Salina, Kansas, legally described as: The East Two Hundred and Forty-nine (E 249.0)feet of the South One Hundred and Fifteen (S 115.0) feet of Lot Six (6), Plat Two (2), Lamer's 1 st Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas (commonly known as 1842 Hageman Avenue), owned by the Petitioner. The portion of right-of-way described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, would revert to the adjacent property located at 1842 Hageman Avenue with the City of Salina reserving a public utility easement in said area.
