(A) We,the undersigned, are owners of record of property liable for assessment for the following improvements:
The curb,guttering,paving,grading and drainage for approximately 134 lineal feet of Caywood Drive and approximately 733 lineal feet of
Ringers Lane(the"Street Improvements").
The installation of approximately 930 lineal feet eight-inch water main,fire hydrants,valves,fittings and service connections for water lines
lying within the public right-of-way and all appurtenances thereto(the"Water System Improvements").
The installation of approximately 754 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main,service connections for sewer lines lying within the public right-of-
way, manholes and all appurtenances thereto(the"Sanitary Sewer Improvements").
We hereby propose that the improvements be made in the manner provided by Article 6a, Chapter 12 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated,as
amended.
(B) The estimate or probable cost of such improvement is:
Three hundred thirty-four thousand four hundred sixty-four dollars and eighty-four cents($334,464.84).
(C) The extent of the proposed improvement districts to be assessed as indicated on the attached plat and is described as follows:
Lots 2-8, Block 4; Lots 2-10 Block 5; Lot 1,Block 6, all in the Quail Meadows Estates Addition, in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas(the Improvement District).
(D) The proposed method of assessment is:
Each lot in the improvement district shall be assessed equally per lot.
(E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the City at large is:
1. One hundred percent(100%)of the total cost of improvements shall be assessed to the Improvement District and no portion of costs
shall be paid by the city at large
(F) We further propose that the Improvements be made without notice and hearing as required by K.S.A. 12-604a as amended.
