The installation of approximately 216 square yards of six-inch concrete drainage ribbon(the"Rear Yard Drainage Improvements"). The installation of approximately 434 lineal feet eight-inch water main,fire hydrants,valves, fittings, service connections for water lines lying within right-of-way and all appurtenances thereto(the"Water System Improvements"). The installation of approximately 727 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, service connections for sewer lines lying within right-of-way, manholes and all appurtenances thereto(the" Sanitary Sewer Lateral A"). The installation of approximately 86 lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, service connections for sewer lines lying within right-of-way,and all appurtenances thereto(the"Sanitary Sewer Lateral B"). We hereby propose that the improvements be made in the manner provided by Article 6a,Chapter 12 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as amended. (B) The estimate or probable cost of such improvement is: Five hundred twenty-five thousand five hundred fifty-eight dollars and twelve cents($525,558.12). (C) The extent of the proposed improvement districts to be assessed as indicated on the attached plat and is described as follows: Lots 1-16, Block 3; Lots 1-16 Block 4; Lot 1, Block 5; Lot 22, Block 6; Lot 1, Block 7; all in the Quail Meadows Estates Addition, in the City of Salina, Saline County,Kansas(the Improvement District). (D) The proposed method of assessment is: Each lot in the improvement district shall be assessed equally per lot. (E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the City at large is: One hundred percent(100%)of the total cost of improvements shall be assessed to the Improvement District and no portion of costs shall be paid by the city at large. The costs of the improvements within the Improvement District shall be further allocated as follows: 1. One hundred percent(100%)of the Street Improvements and the Water System Improvements shall be assessed to the following lots: Lots 1-16, Block 3; Lots 1,9-16,Block 4;Lot 1, Block 5;Lot 22, Block 6; Lot 1,Block 7 of the Quail Meadows Estates Addition. 2. One hundred percent(100%)of the Rear Yard Drainage Improvements shall be assessed to the following lots: Lots 1-16, Block 4 of the Quail Meadows Estates Addition. 3. We hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by K.S.A. 12-06a01 et seq., as amended. (B) The estimate or probable cost of such improvement is: One hundred eighty-two thousand two hundred thirty-nine dollars and eighty cents($182,239.80). (C) The extent of the proposed improvement districts to be assessed as indicated on the attached plat and is described as follows: Lots 1-12,Block 1,all in Piercy Addition, in the City of Salina, Kansas.
