UTILITY EAMENT VACATION
Beginning at a point that is 216.33 feet west and 10.00 feet north of
the S.E. corner of Block 8, Twin Oaks II Subdivision, City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas; thence west a distance of 20.00 feet, thence north
and parallel to Redbud Lane .(vacated) extended south to a point 160.00 feet
south of the north line of said Block 8; thence east 20.00 feet; thence south
to the point of beginning.
Said easement contains 0.12 acre, more or less.
