A tract of land, currently a public utility easement located in Lots 16 and 18 in Block

Commencing at the southeast corner of Block 12 Schilling Subdivision#5;
Thence N00°06'47"W along the east line of said block 12, a distance of 367.50' to the
point of beginning, said point being the southeast corner of a 60.00' public utility
easement,the center of which is the north line of said lot 18;
Thence S89'53'1 3"W along the south line of said easement, a distance of 45.00';
Thence continuing along said south line in a westerly direction on a curve to the right
having a radius of 1580.00',the long chord of which bears N86°41'22"W and measures
188.71', an arc distance of 188.82' to the east line of a north-south 20' public utility
easement;
