more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of Lot One(1), Block Six(6), Schilling Subdivision No. 5,to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas;
Thence on an assumed bearing of North 00-degrees-06-minutes-47-seconds West along the East line of said Lot One(1),a distance of
Two-hundred Sixty-eight and Ninety-one hundredths(268.91)feet;
Thence South 89-degrees-53-minutes-13-seconds West along the South line of an existing Twenty and Zero hundredths (20.00) feet
wide utility easement, a distance of Seventy and Thirty-eight hundredths (70.38) feet to the Easterly line of an existing Twenty and
Zero hundredths(20.00)feet wide utility easement;
