(A) We,the undersigned, being owners of record of property liable for assessment for the following improvements:
The curbing,guttering paving, and drainage of approximately 2200 lineal feet of Cedar Ridge Drive and approximately 2200 lineal feet of sidewalk
from Columbine Circle southeast to the intersection of Cloud Street approximately 150 lineal feet west of the Cloud Street/Valley View Drive intersection
to serve Lots1-16,Block 1,Lots 9-12,Block 2, Lots 1-9&Lots 13-18 Block 3 Lots 1-8 Block 4 Cedar Ridge Addition to the City of Salina Kansas
West 1.43 of Lot 1 Block 3 Valley View Addition to the City of Salina Kansas Lot 1 Block 5 and the Common Area of Mariposa Addition to the City of
Salina,Kansas and Unplatted Tracts(1 &2). See attached descriptions and map for Mariposa Common Area and Unplatted Tracts 1 &2.
Hereby propose that such improvement be made in the manner provided by Article 6a, Chapter 12 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, as
amended.
(B) The estimate or probable cost of such improvement is:
Five Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($508,200.00)
(C) The extent of the proposed improvement district to be assessed as indicated on the attached map and is described as follows:
Lots1-16,Block 1,Lots 9-12,Block 2, Lots 1-9&Lots 13-18 Block 3 Lots 1-8 Block 4 Cedar Ridge Addition to the City of Salina Kansas West 143'of Lot 1

Unplatted Tracts(1&2). See attached descriptions for Mariposa Common Area and Unplatted Tracts(1&2).
(D) The proposed method of assessment is:
Shall be based upon equal assessments for each equivalent residential unit(based on density(lots/acre)of Cedar Ridge Addition) in the benefit district
(E) The proposed apportionment of costs between the improvement district and the improvement district and the City-at-large is:
percent ( 100 %)to be assessed against the improvement district and
percent (___%)to be assessed against the City-at-large.
(F) We further propose that such improvement be made without notice and hearing as required by K.S.A. 12-6a04(1) as amended.
• No name may be withdrawn from this petition after the Governing Body commences consideration of the petition or later than seven (7)
