A resolution appointing members to Saline County Community Corrections Advisory Board
BACKGROUND:
The Citizen Boards and Commissions administrative Resolution Number 90 -4242, section 2(c),
instructs that members will be appointed by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City
Commission for final approval.
COMMISSION ACTION:
Adopt Resolution No. 12 -6915.
RESOLUTION NUMBER 12-6915
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE SALINE COUNTY COMMUNITY
CORRECTIONS ADVISORY BOARD..
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for Citizen Board member
appointments to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for final
approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and Committees;
SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, is hereby appointed to
the designated Board for the term indicated:
Saline County Community Corrections Advisory Board
Alissa Foth reappointed until 7/31/2014.
Maggie Gillam appointed to succeed Carolee Jones until 7/31/2014.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 9th day of July, 2012.
