BACKGROUND:
The Water Treatment Plant utilizes three (3) river water pumps to deliver water from the Smoky Hill

frequency drives and are capable of flows from 900 gallons per minute to 4,000 gallons per minute.
The river water pump has been in service since 1989, and requires a rebuild due to normal wear.
